FIRST-VISIT YARD REFRESH INCLUDED

A fresh start, within your agreed scope. Up to two hours with a two-person crew (four labor-hours).

What’s included—and where are the limits?

Qualifying property: up to 7,000 sq ft maintained turf, 500 sq ft accessible beds, 10 shrubs under 6 ft, and ordinary access and slope. Driveway up to 1,200 sq ft plus 200 sq ft walkway. Final eligibility depends on measured service area, not lot size alone.

Lawn & beds: up to 32 growing-season mowing visits, including weed-eating, edging and blowing; 16 light bed-weeding rounds (up to 15 total labor-minutes each); one spring bed cleanup (up to 2.5 total labor-hours); six seasonally appropriate treatment applications, subject to a properly licensed provider and turf needs.

Fall & shrubs: three leaf/fall-bed visits, up to 1.5 total labor-hours each and six cubic yards of loose leaves across the term, whichever allowance is reached first. Two light shrub-shaping sessions, up to 1.5 total labor-hours combined.

Winter & snow: two light debris visits (up to 30 total labor-minutes each). Two snow-clearing passes per annual term, each up to 4 inches, with a proposed 2-inch trigger. Road safety and weather affect timing; no emergency or guaranteed next-morning service. Ice, drifts, exceptional storms and extra passes are separately quoted.

Not unlimited: mulch, plants, soil, irrigation, major restoration and other extras require a separate approved quote. No surprise overages. Weather and growth affect scheduling. All allowances are draft test terms, pending operational validation.

How do the price and 30-Day Love-It Guarantee work?

The proposed launch offer is $149 for month 1 and eleven $349 payments for months 2–12: $3,988 scheduled for a complete first year, plus applicable tax. The first 25 qualifying homes are a proposed capacity limit, not a claim that any spots have been taken.

The annual agreement is subject to the 30-Day Love-It Guarantee: dissatisfied customers may cancel during the first 30 days without future monthly payments. No refund promise is included here. The start of the guarantee window, cancellation process, weather provisions and renewal terms must be finalized before enrollment. Missed covered work is corrected, weather permitting.

$399/month is the planned standard test price—not a previously charged “regular” price. Assessment is free and does not enroll you or reserve a spot.
