This policy explains how NWA Grounds Crew handles information connected with nwagroundscrew.com, property assessment requests and service inquiries, including inquiries submitted through a Google Ads lead form when one is offered.
Information you provide
Our website assessment form asks for your name, an email address or phone number, property street or neighborhood, city, approximate lot size and yard condition. You may choose “Not sure” for lot size and condition. If you contact us directly or continue an assessment or service discussion, we may also receive your messages, scheduling preferences and other property or service details you choose to share.
If you submit a Google Ads lead form for NWA Grounds Crew, we receive the contact information and answers shown on that form, which may include your name, email address, phone number and service-interest or location details. The fields presented at submission determine what you provide. This section does not mean a Google Ads lead form is always available.
Please do not send payment card details, government identification numbers, medical information or other sensitive information through an inquiry form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your property and requested services, check service-area and route eligibility, discuss scope and pricing, arrange assessments, and communicate about services you request. We may retain relevant correspondence to manage customer relationships, address questions or disputes, protect against misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. An assessment request does not enroll you, reserve a launch spot or authorize a payment.
Providers and information sharing
Website forms: Formspree receives and processes website submissions and delivers notifications to our designated inbox, currently jt.timbs@gmail.com. Submissions may be stored by Formspree and in our email records. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
Google Ads lead forms, when used: Google processes information submitted through its lead-form service and makes leads available to the advertiser. Google’s handling of information, including activity on its own services, is described in Google’s Privacy Policy. Information we receive is used for the inquiry and service purposes described here. The website also uses the Google Ads base tag described below. A Google Ads lead-routing integration is separate from that tag.
Website and communications providers: Hosting, form-delivery and email services process information needed to operate their services. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, disputes or protection of legal rights. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
Technical information and cookies
Our hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, referring page and request time for delivery, operation, security and abuse prevention. Formspree describes its technical-data practices in its policy linked above.
This website uses the Google Ads base tag to send website-visit information to Google for advertising measurement. The tag may use cookies or similar technologies and process information such as pages visited, ad-click identifiers, IP address and browser or device details. Depending on Google Ads settings, this information may also support advertising audiences and personalized advertising. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s advertising privacy information.
Our current implementation installs the base tag only: it does not configure a successful-assessment conversion event or enhanced conversions, and our form code does not send your name, contact information or property answers to Google through the tag. We have not installed Google Analytics. Form answers are not saved in browser local storage by our website code; Formspree and email records are handled as described above.
You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect site or measurement functionality. Provider practices and controls are described in their policies. We will update this notice if our website’s collection practices materially change.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the information, whether an inquiry becomes an ongoing service relationship, provider settings and applicable recordkeeping needs. We have not set a single fixed deletion period for all inquiry and service records. You may contact us about deletion or retention of your information; some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons, and provider backups or independent records may follow different schedules.
The website uses HTTPS to transmit information. No website, email system or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit the information you send to what is needed for your inquiry.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit a form, although we may be unable to assess a property or respond without suitable contact and property details. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop follow-up communications, email jt.timbs@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request relates to you. The response and available rights may depend on your location and applicable law.
For information held independently by Google or Formspree, you may also use the privacy controls or contact options in their policies. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless a secure, necessary process has been arranged.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
